Karen is a native of Tampa, Florida. Having a background in real estate, customer service and upper level management, gives Karen the ability to see the "big picture". She knows the impact of communication, customer service, flexibility and reliability. Karen's reputation, as well as your reputation, is important to her and each appointment is treated as such. In addition, with having a great deal of experience in working with the elderly who may need more patience, explanation, and time when signing legal paperwork, Karen is our Reverse Mortgage specialist! She is comfortable working with people from all walks of life.
Karen is a certified signing agent with Background Screening, $50,000 Errors and Omissions Insurance and Florida Bond. She has completed the HUD regulated HECM training for reverse mortgage counselors.
